We are almost done with the holiday countdown. Christmas seemed so far away back at the end of August. Now… it is almost here. Holiday parties and concerts fill our calendars for the next few weeks. The nice thing is…house are clean, gifts are coming together (hopefully) and we can enjoy the holidays. For my family there is the town Christmas parade, one holiday party and Christmas service at church. The one thing I am looking forward to is relaxing with a few Christmas movies.
Here is my to do list for this week:
- Buy the last minute food items for care packages
- Buy the last baking needs for Christmas cookies
- Finish up the rest of the homemade gifts and start packing them up to ship
- Make a grocery list for Christmas week
- Sit down and write out a few Christmas letters
I think that is very do-able. Most of which I can get done out running errands and on “desk day”.
Check back on Tuesday for a green clean project, Wednesday will be a a look at what I made this year for gifts (with links) and Thursday will be a Christmas cookie recipe.
