Another week…. another menu. We are back in the swing of things. We had a weekend snow storm and it is almost all melted already.
This week we are eating a few old favorites and trying some new recipes.
Monday we will have salmon again. My family was a huge fan of last week’s salmon dinner …they asked for a repeat.
Tuesday, is tex-mex night. This week I will cook up a steak marinated in chipotle peppers and adobo sauce. We will use the meat to make steak burritos and taco salads.
Wednesday, we will chicken and rice. I want to try the Grilled Chicken with Herbs and Lemon at Full Belly. It looks easy to make and delicious.
Thursday night is Italian night. It has been requested that I make my Spicy Spaghetti.
Friday night is soup night. I made a Chicken Tortilla Soup a few weeks ago (I found it on Pinterest). I want to try it again.
We skipped the stir fry last week to eat leftovers so we will try it again this Saturday. We almost have the sauce tasting just right.
The treat this week will be for breakfasts on the go. Yummy, moist banana bread. My guys will eat it not only for breakfast but for snacks…. two loaves of it will be needed.
